if you find your exhausted alot and changing that is what is one of your dieting goals is, rather then the 3 average meals a day idea, try making 6 smaller meals a day, that way you are eating every couple of hours, which helps out your metabolism alot and can help make your energy more consistent rather then in peaks. i have recently been changing up my diet and it has to be the hardest thing to do but now that im having the smaller meals more frequently im not as exhausted and im not binging out on a meal cuz i left it to long, and then feeling bad later and the need to burry that feeling in more ice cream or whatever. when i cheat, i make it at least worth feeling horrible about it lol....
