Hi BR, I spent a few weeks trying to do cytomel twice a day. Half of it in the morning when I swallow the levoxyl (6am) and half of it around 3pm. I carried a small pill strip in my purse for those 3pm doses. It got to be a hassle though, so now I take all the cytomel at 6am. It's a tiny total dose (5mcg!) and the reason I started it was to get me over the fatigue-times in my day, particularly the morning. So I believe it still helps me in that respect (to jump start me in the AM).
