I used to eat them all the time and have the cereal for breakfast, but it just made me feel incredibly gassy and bloated all the time. On the days that didn't eat the bars, I wouldn't feel like that, so I just stopped eating them. They're so yummy, but I just couldn't take they way made me feel! The cereal wasn't as bad, but I've found other cereals that have just as much fiber and don't make me feel like my stomach is going to explode. |
