My doctor told me that most women with PCOS will ***NEVER*** keep their weight down while eating carbohydrates. |
I beg to differ,
I have PCOS and IR and Weight Watchers helped me to lose 25 pounds. If you eat nothing but carbs then yes you would have a hard time losing, but WWers incourages making smart choices for meals. Do I want to waste my points on the bag of chips or do I want to be smart and have a yogurt and a piece of fruit for less points?
I think you need a new doctor and don't believe everything you hear without doing some research of your own.
