I asked about an LPD and he didn't seem to think that would be an issue. But he'll be giving me Metformin as soon as my HSG is done. He also wants me to do Low Dose Aspirin and Heparin shots...
I think I will try the Natural Progesterone Cream during my luteal phase... just in case, since it doesn't seem to hurt.
