There are some sites posted on page 3 of the thread My weight loss story in the Diet and Exercise forum. They look like they've got some really great low GI/low carb recipes in them and sweetstar has a lot of success with the low GI diet. I wasn't able to just post the links because I don't have enough posts yet, but whatever. Super annoying. |
