Each post is helpful. I particularly love the referral for books. Thanks.

I came to taking magnesium through a book -
The Everything Health Guide to PMS
By Dagmara Scalise

In it, magnesium was suggested to help relieve PMS symptoms. I find it is VERY helpful in reducing my anxiety and crying spells. I notice a huge difference when I get off of it.

I take 300 mg -1 small pill a day. I'm wondering if I should increase it. The connections with helping IR is exciting and worthy of trying it.

Thanks for the posts. I am not alone. I am encouraged.

Just becareful with increasing. --This can make you go to the bathroom alot!

I love my Magnesium baths, and other supplements, I feel like a new person. I've been getting AF nearly regular now! but I really need to remember to take it everyday.
