My Mood: Points: 10,771.52 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 10,771.52 | I had about 30ish removed when I was in my early 20's. They numbed and cut off big ones and froze off small ones. I have also removed them myself. I used an ice cube to numb and used alcohol on little medical type scissors. I thought it hurt, but not too bad. If there was a small connection to my skin I did it myself. Depending on my location determined if it would bleed. I did have one that bled a lot. Though I have found the easiest way to do it myself was Dr. Scholl's Freeze Away Wart Remover. I figured that was the way my DR did it, so why couldn't I? It worked fine. Be careful to touch only the skin tags and not to touch your skin, since it is so cold that it burns. Quote:

My mom and I tried bleach, lemon juice, sun, and scouring pad, nothing worked. When I was 19 I was diagnosed. I went on the internet and read about PCOS. I just sat there and cried when I read the symptoms; it still brings tears to my eyes. Once I found out all my symptoms were related to PCOS, I was less embarrassed. There was a reason, and it wasn't my fault. In addition to having a "dirty neck" I also had extra hair on my face. At 15 I used to go to the electrolysis with my mom to have hair removed. Thankfully I went to get laser hair removal done in my twenties, after about 5-6 appointments 90-95% of the hair was gone...FOREVER! |
