on operation day i was 222 & now i am 182. Some of my weightloss was during the pre-op diet i guess i should have clarified.
I am 5'4. I was wearing a size 22 & now a loose 16 (a few 14's woohoo).
I will tell you I exercise 3-4 days a week. I include cardio & weight training. The last 10 lbs have been very hard about coming off, mostly because I have slowed let more carbs enter into my daily eatting. On Monday, I started back at square one. Low carbs & counting calories...no more than 1200 a day.
