I am 5'4. I was wearing a size 22 & now a loose 16 (a few 14's woohoo).
I will tell you I exercise 3-4 days a week. I include cardio & weight training. The last 10 lbs have been very hard about coming off, mostly because I have slowed let more carbs enter into my daily eatting. On Monday, I started back at square one. Low carbs & counting calories...no more than 1200 a day. |
Yeah me too. I was 243 at my highest. 224 Pre-op. 208 operation day. And up until the end of May I was STILL 208. Then I just forgot about trying to eat "small" amounts and JUST ate low carb. I workout every day but Sunday - cardio and weight training. Still in a 16. But I'm now on Metformin so I think it will come off faster... Congrats though! You really DO have to keep trying. The Lap-Band doesn't stop you from craving things, which was honestly 90% of WHY I ate in the first place.
Oh, and let me tell you - I haven't felt a hunger pang in weeks because I started incorporating at LEAST 64 ounces of water a day! It's NUTS and I pee all the time, but I feel amazing.
