I am 24, was diagnosed at age 21 w/ arthritis. My left knee is the worst, with fingers not far behind. (although I wonder how much of that is from babying the carpal tunnel.) Anyway, Tylenol Arthritis and a heating pad seem to take the edge off if you get it at the onset of pain. If I wait too long, nothing seems to help. |
