I live in the DC area ( have lived here most of my life) and it would be wonderful to have a PCOS support group in this area. This week has been a ruff one for me I started taking this multi-vitamin the VIACTIV chewables and after months and months I finally got a period but it came with heavy bleeding, clotting, extreme fatigue and painful cramps for 4 days straight....I have not been a happy camper....I've spent a small fortune pads this week alone! but the good news is its tapering off let me know the next time you all plan to meet I'd love to sit down and talk with someone that knows what I've been going through
