It depends whether your GP supports natural therapies, most GPs will give you a synthetic progestin such as Provera. However I have found out that these progestins make insulin resistance worse which is bad news for PCOS. You can however find suppliers on the internet but make sure you check the strength of it. There is a very helpful article in the Newbie's road map section

I have ordered some from Wellsprings in the UK so i will let you know how I get on.
