Not all PCOSers experience it though. PCOS is a strange thing..you would think since there a name we would share all the same complaints but its not that way. Some PCOSers Ovulate every single month but dont get pregnant or m/c alot. Some dont O at all and need meds or lifestyle changes to get things back into gear.
For the most part it seems like there is hope usually herbs or meds will help us ovulate so its definately not as scary as it seems. I try to take it one day at a time. |

I heard you can buy some home kit to find out if you're ovulating or not.....are they reliable tests ?
