YES! I had thyroid cancer and up to the day before surgery to remove the cancer the TSH was reading normal. My cancer and treatment experience was 10 years ago. I have since been on synthroid and am doing well. I don't remember the T3 and T4 readings from 10 years ago---I'm not even certain if I had both then. But I would encourage you to have the T3 and T4 checked and have the doc to physically examine your thyroid and surrounding tissue. |
