Well I had my surgery on Monday. Curette, Ovarian Drilling, Laparoscopy. They didn't find any endometriosis which is surprising but good. The surgeon said my ovaries are a mess and covered in cysts she drilled 10 holes in each ovary. She said she didn't know if this surgery would really help my pain or not (great!). So I guess only time will tell.
As a note of interest for everyone, the last ultrasound I had showed NO cysts and my gyno told me that this often happens and it's incorrect, and that it depends on the equipment and the skill of the technician doing the ultrasound on how accurate it is. So there ya go, my ultrasound said no cysts but the surgeon said they're covered in cysts!!
Just trying to recover from the surgery now, blerggghh
