I've been big on salads lately. I'll use whatever I have available- lettuce, cucumbers (my mom has been filling my kitchen with them from her garden), tomatos, onions, olives, bell peppers, etc. and then I add grilled chicken, or steak for protien. I also really love sandwiches and fruit when its hot out. We've been hitting 112 and the last thing you want to do in this heat is put something hot into your mouth!
