If it wasn't larger than your thumb your doctor would probably see no reason to do any more than just mention it.

Do you find that it gets "erect" in a way that's obvious? Do you think anyone's ever noticed?
In most cases little or nothing of the underside of the shaft is exposed, so the clitoris points downwards rather than outwards so that it's more hidden, but sometimes a larger clitoris has some of the underside of the shaft exposed so that the clitoris points more outward when it gets hard.
