Thank you for posting...very informative read. PCOS is SO complex isn't it?

I am really focusing on the exercise right now and feel sooooo much better since I made the '300 minutes minimum' (Thanks, Kat) part of my weekly goal. It's only been 2 weeks, but I feel like a different person already.
