I just wanted to say that a product available online called "lomalux" has worked for me before for psoriasis. For now however I wanted to focus on managing PCOS before I managed my skin. I do think that lomalux is worth trying for managing psoriasis because you take it orally, so you dont have to worry about all the spots.

Saw Palmetto, 320 mg
Evening Primrose Oil, 2000 mg

Omega-3, 2000 mg
Minoxidil: 5% topical solution
Spearmint Tea (organic) 2 cups/day
Diet: Buckwheat (for DCI), Citrus and Legumes (D-pinitol), fish daily, a cup of chickpeas a day (Inositol).

Occasionally: a cup of carob or cinnamon tea
