I have been in the process of detoxing and have seen a huge difference plus I changed my diet to exclude processed foods and less meat (and I only use antibiotic-free, hormone free meat and milk) and organic fresh fruits and veggies. And of course stress affects PCOS - it affects everything in the body. I am not saying this book wouldn't be helpful. I just think it is stuff you can find info on without paying for it. Also what happens after the 11 weeks on the plan? If you go back to the way you ate before you are going to end up back where you started. I think life changes are a better way to go.
