I try and throw it into most dishes, just a little handful, whether it's pasta or chilli or salad.
For a treat though and I know this is a little bit naughty I wilt a whole bag in pan with garlic and onion then add a little bit of single cream or soya cream then liquify it and use it as a pasta sauce with some wholemeal pasta. It's a good way to get a whole lot of spinach in a meal. |
