From what i have read on here the best supplements for my pcos would be the inosital along with choline and cinnamon, saw palmetto? any other advice would help me alot, and am at my last straw!! |
For Hormonal issues - take maca (this will also help with energy and libido) and evening primose oil
Confused do you have hair loss or not?
Make sure your taking a good multi-vitamin, try GNC's women's ultra mega
Stomach - Diet is key - cut out all refined carbs, sugary and salty foods, eat every two to three hours.. follow the GI diet (protien, veggies etc.)
Have you had your insulin and glucose checked? Try adding apple cider vinegar, pine bark extract, aloe vera juice to your diet.. D Chiro Inostial, spearmint tea should also help
