I've found using Fresh Farmacy cleanser from Lush a real help for my problem skin, I still get outbreaks but no where near as bad. Also if you suffer from it on your back they do a buttercream wash called Lemslip that's really good for that and has helped clear my back up a bit.
The good thing with the Lush stuff is that it's mostly free from chemicals etc so doesn't tend to be as harsh on your skin |
