I also have PCOS and have been on Spironolactone for years, never saw anything positive come of it. I am going to the doctor on Monday & while I am there I am going to ask about metformin.. I have a co- worker that says its the best thing that she has ever taken.. She doesnt have as much fatigue, hair growth, she has lost weight. I would say stay with metformin. (just my opinion tho)
