No!
Gaining weight is a choice - even for pcos girls I believe. Yes we have it much harder so you just have to be that much more careful. When I found out I had pcos nearly a decade ago I was frightened (and I still sometimes am) that one day I will explode with weight but it hasn't happened and I am 32 now, in fact I weigh less than I did at age 20.
I weight myself every single morning and constantly battle a big appetite. I weight 112 and if I get on the scale one day and weight 113 then that day I totally cut back eating to get back to 112. I also run and walk. I eat very little carbs and sugar and do not eat many calories. I cannot eat like other people and I have accepted that. Heck it is sort of feminine to barely eat. You have to eat to get fat. Even if you have pcos, if you just eat salad and fish you won't get fat. Read the book PCOS and Infertility it has great info in there on pcos and diet lifestyle.
PCOS is a warning sign that you cannot eat whatever you want without consequences. PCOS is not a life sentance of obesity.
