Probiotics helped me. I was getting them all the time too. When I would complain to my obgyn she would say well they are mild ...I guess if it's mild I shouldn't worry? Well about two weeks before my obgyn appt I started taking probiotics more for my IBS more than the BV ..anyway my test for the BV can back normal for the first time in years. Right now I'm taking acidophilus tablets in place of the yogurt I was trying to eat everyday. I do sometimes forget but am still BV free
