Bring all of your test results with you to your first Endo appt. If you have documented pain, monthly cycles, etc bring all of that as well. The doc will more than likely start off with the question of "what brings you hear". If you're there for pain and not ttc, tell them. If you are there for pain and ttc, tell them. If you have not a lot of pain and just ttc, tell them. Be specific in what your current condition is and what your goal is by seeing them. Then let them know you brought all of this information with you in case they want copies of it. More than likely they will copy to add to your record and then the convo will carry on from there based on what you have told them of your conditions and goals.
I could tell you how my first Endo appts went, but my pain levels and such may be different from yours and my goals may be different from yours. Just make sure you bring all info you have and mention everything to the doc. If you remember something you forgot to add in after you've left the office, call them and ask to leave a message.
I think you're going in the right direction by having the gyno and endo. Also, be careful about jumping to the herbal's that the chiro recommends. Maybe have them write out their recommendations and before taking, discuss with both your regular doctor as well as your gyno AND endo. Always make sure your docs are aware and approve of natural medications that you decide to take as many prescription drugs could respond abnormally due to the herbal meds whether they be prescribed now or in the future.
Good luck!
