What type of pills are you taking? I'm on Yaz and I haven't had a period in about 4 months. My obgyn says Yasmin and yaz are both notorious for causing you to stop having your period after you've been on them awhile. But she still says they are the best for treating PCOS and that's what she wants me on. She also says that as long as you are on treatment (BCPs), its ok not to have a period and that its only a problem to not have a period if you are not on treatment.

Sorry, I don't know about the pain in your ovary. It could be a cyst but you may want to call your doc if it doesn't go away soon. Good luck. And they are coming up with new, better treatments all the time so try not to worry about not having kids. I was 22 when I was diagnosed and that was my biggest worry. I still don't have kids but we have not TTC. Treatment has come a long way just in the 6 years since I was dx'd.

Perhaps that pain is ovulation. Otherwise, I don't know, sorry.

I was thinking ovulation myself but if your on bcp's then it should not be from ovulation. I always thought that bcp's reduced ovary cysts as well. Is it a constant pain?
