1. Chase up my GP for my counselling referral which leads nicely to number 2...
2. Find out why, with the help of couselling, I don't take my meds all the time or do exercise to help with my weight, when I hate being this shape.
3. Take my meds properly
4. Exercise - if Fern Britton can lose all that weight through increasing exercise alone, then so can I!!!
5. Find a home for me and DBF - 2007 was my year for getting rid of debts, still not quite there but the difference in just one year is unbelievable, so moving out of my parents place is now a realistic option instead of a pipe dream.
6. Look after my teeth better - I'm terrible at remembering to brush them. I've got no excuse - I'm nearly 30!!!
7. Get my body as healthy as possible for TTC when DBF and I are ready.
8. Pass my exams at work so that I can be a fully qualified coastie
9. Stop badgering DBF to propose to me - he'll do it when he's good and ready. Bugging him about it, just makes him more stubborn to wait!!
10. Get better at house work. I only have my washing and my own room to worry about, so you'd think I could manage it, but it just never happens.
11. Buy nicer clothes, once I've lost weight of course. I need to stop dressing like a boy!!
And last but not least...
12. Make sure I come here more often for support when I'm struggling with the list above and any other problems life hits me with.
Well that's one a month. That should be achievable!!
Good luck everyone else!

I'm back up to a size 14 so I want to get back to a 12. I won't weigh myself though as I have a horribly addictive personality and I end up doing it daily - very destructive of your ego!
I want to do it with meaningful rather than empty exercise - so just heavy gardening and walking to doggie further and faster, no gym membership! I want to see how well I can do with no weighing, no pointless exercise, and eating just wholefoods. Let's see what's possible!

The one thing I want to continue doing is taking Alfie out twice a day.... since I moved I've actually walked him daily whereas before he would just go in the garden for fear of the comments I got on the street... now I really enjoy getting out and I have noticed a difference to my fitness levels.
Another goal I want to visit a dear friend in Switzerland in the summer...
This sounds so silly but I really want some sort of image overhaul! God knows, I need one!!
I've seriously had the same hair style all my life. I faced somewhat of an 'ordeal' at the hairdressers when I was very young which scared me of hairdressers or changing my hair. It sounds pathetic, I know, I am 26 now!! I had very long hair to nearly my bottom and it got wrecked. Ever since then it has been very long. In the early 2000's I cut it just below my shoulders and some layers and that was the most drastic thing I have ever done to it.
I'm thinking maybe a fringe or something quite different for me. I'm scared it will look crap as I'm quite self consious but I really feel I drastically need a change. It's really nerve racking for me, not many people understand actually how terrified I am of it!
Anyway, I am rambling!
What I really want to do when I lose a bit of weight is totally change something and I think the hair is the way to go. Or somewhere to start. I hope 2008 is the year I have the balls to change something!!!!!!!!!!
