Default These work great!
I have only been on met for a few days, but I have been taking these for a long time for digestive problems, and so far they seem to be helping with the met side effects too. They are capsules with papaya enzymes, some other digestive enzymes, and peppermint oil. I'm not trying to sell anything, I don't benefit if anyone buys these, I just thought I would share.
