I've been on aldactone before and it did wonders. For the first time in about 10 years I didn't have any acne! Iwent off of the medication for about a year and the acne has now started coming back. So now I'm back on the meds again.
It definitely can help. I had the worst uncurable acne ever until I took aldactone.
