Two of these give you almost a 1/2 c., and I actually look forward to having them as a snack!
I also eat 2 T. with my breakfast, which consists of the 2 T. of farinetta, some ground seeds for EFAs, a mashed banana, 1/4 t. vanilla, some stevia to sweeten, and a bunch of plain yogurt. It has a pudding-like texture that I actually like.
I'm going to try the "variation" I suggested next week, I'll let you know how they come out! You can tell they're whole-grain muffins (they're not cupcakes ;-), but they're not dry or leaden.
