I just joined a gym and was wondering if I should have a personal trainer as well. I met with one for my assessment and was impressed, just like you. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find it within my budget to pay for a trainer (I wish it were free). I'm saving to get a place of my own and can't bring myself to risk screwing up my finances. However, once I move, if I can budget it in, I'm definitely going to hire a trainer because you're exactly right...we deserve it
