Remember ladies if you have a problem or question, your chances are high that a fellow cyster has had the same thing. So just a reminder that you can always search this forum... or even search the whole board for key words! This might help to get a broad range of answers to your question.

If you see a question that has already been posted feel free to add a link into your response to help your fellow cysters get more indepth answers.

Also, do not be ashamed or embarrassed about anything that is going on... we all know what you are going through and that sometimes its hard to ask personal questions, but believe me some of us cysters are far from shy and are more than willing to share our experiences with all of you!
