I have seen many doctors since being dx with PCOS, but she was the first to suggest the possibility of me being insulin resistant (i am) and she is now treating me with metformin.
She is very sympathetic and is very well informed about PCOS.

There is quite a long wait to see her about 2-3 months and the initial consultation costs about $120 before medicare rebate, and repeat consitations about $60 before medicate rebate. |
