Just a little plug for weight loss...should it go here ? I dunno but I am down 38 pounds and I feel better and have gotten AF for the 2nd month in a row ON MY OWN... however today I am suffering the PAIN of it
The hair on my chin and everywhere else is growing in slower and my tummy troubles (acid reflux/diahrea issues) have all but disappeared...
I am very proud of myself and it has not been easy (low carb low sugar diet and some odd excersize) but I think the doctors may have something when they say losing weight eases the symptoms
Just had to get that off my chest
Thanks for listening

Congratulations on your weight loss. 32 pounds lost is a wonderful achievement. I found that losing weight helped to regulate my AF, too. I am sorry, though to hear about the pain. I have some painful AFs sometimes and can be pretty miserable.
Also the most dramatic thing for me was the weight loss helping my heartburn and reflux as it has yours. I used to eat Tums like candy. After I lost about 20 pounds I realized that my heartburn and reflux almost disappeared. Now I take Tums maybe only once every 2 months, instead of almost every day.
I am PROUD of you, pal!!!
Kathryn
