 3 weeks on vitex
and my face is noticably clearer..
I still haven't got AF, but I'm not giving up. I'm going to stick it out.
There was a weekend i didn't take the full dose, so I realkly need to be diligent.
I am currently taking 1200mg a day, as per the bottle, and then after 12 weeks, going down to 800 or 400mg a day, I haven't decided, the bottle says 400, but, I am thinking maybe I'll do 1200 for 12 weeks, 800 for twelve weeks and then finally 400. not quite sure.
