I really hoped this would clear me up...I do not want to take pills becuase they give me migraines. I am doing a few months of suppression and then will start fertility treatments. Was REALLY looking forward to a few months of nice skin I started Spiro about 3 weeks ago and the zits keep popping up....and they have moved to my shoulders too

So anyone have this experience with the ring? Is the progesterone in it fairly androgenic or is this my body telling me to F OFF, that I may NOT be zit free for any length of time?
