Hi Eva....I took Desogen before. I am not sure if Mercilon is the same....all I know is the hormones contain in Mercilon is the same but maybe the dosage is different. When I was on Desogen (in US) it's all fine for me. I was taking Metformin too but I had this problem with my blood sugar. It was high (I was taking 1000mg a day) and I reduced it to 500mg now. It gets a bit too low but it's all fine now. Anyway thanks for your reply. I hope Mercilon won't make me feel too sick. Did it make you feel nauseated and headaches??

Sorry to be so negative, but this is what happened to me, and we're all different - probably some other cyster would be fine on it. Dunno.
