Default 4th cyle in a row/Chaste tree berry tincture

I am a lifetime pcoser.

My symptoms started when I was 13. I had my first menstrual cycle, and 28 days later I had a second cycle then I started a lifetime of most of the symptoms talked about in these pages.

I want everyone to know that yes, I am fat now but when my symptoms started and for years later I starved myself into a 125 pound body--I am sure I was malnourished. My doctors told me in the 80's pcos was caused by fat--I know this is untrue from my own experience

but anyway

I have had four consecutive menstrual cycles by taking Chaste tree berry tincture. This is sooo unusual for me. I am to the place that even provera doesn't always bring on a cycle for me, and here I am, almost to menopause and I am just starting to have regular cycles. I am in shock, anyway...

I take it only part of the month. I give myself a break from the tincture at the beginning and the end of the cycle. So I am taking it more like a progesterone than a suppliment.

I haven't got it down to a science well enough to send you a "recipie" for it's use but I think it is very helpful for me so I wanted all of you to know about it.

I take 5 to 7 drops per day, in the morning. By the way--if I take more than 7 drops per day I get forgetfulness, since memory is linked to estrogen, I think everyone should beware of taking too much Chaste tree berry and making their hormones unbalanced the opposite way.

I wish you all health, wealth, and family...

I am glad you are finding something that works for you. Too bad it has taken this long. I wish you luck continued luck with your cycles.
