How is everyone doing? I just did 313 minutes of exercise for this week (my goal was 300) so I'm quite pleased with myself.

Not well at all here. I've gained like 2-3 pounds in the past 3 weeks and just seem to be held there. Granted, i'm not eating well and my exercise has been slacking. I've been stressed out with personal things, work and school and my frequent headaches have returned. I'm going out tomorrow night for Girls Night, and i'm gonna not worry about it. Sunday, i'm going to try to get back on track. I have got to get back to the gym regularly and stop eating out, and cut out the alcohol. Maybe I will try giving up alcohol for June. (i'm not a FREQUENT drinker...but I do enjoy my margaritas with my girlfriends...and it seems to be all to frequent lately).
Congrats on the exercise goal Sinnie. It feels good to accomplish something like that.
Hope everyone else is doing better than I am!

Yeah I cut out alcohol myself a while back because on the metformin it hits me REALLY hard. Plus it doesn't fit into my diet too well. I'd rather have some delicious cake, then several beers or hard liquor.

I didn't lose anything last week despite my exercise.
Hopefully it means I'll be in for a huge loss this week to make up for it.

Are we still alive out there??
Finally got those pesky 3 lbs off and then 1, to hit that 40lb mark, yay! 10 to go. Just gotta watch the eating out and drinking this month, which hopefully shoudln't be TOO hard since, I "gave it up". Ha, 4 days in but i'm going strong!
How's everyone else doing?

I'm doing well. I only have about 9lbs to go to my goal for the 4th of July. Given my history of weight loss I think I can just make it if I really stick to my diet and exercise.
