Default 4th week pills on Levora

Hello

I feel really stupid asking this, but I just wanted to make sure that I dont have to actually take all the pink pills in the pack for the 4th week. Weeks 1-3 are white and the 4th week is pink.

It says that you dont need to do a back up method if you miss any pills in the 4th week, but to keep taking the remaining ones until the pack is complete. It never says that they arent needed, but it does refer to them as "reminder pills".

I take enough meds as it is. Even if they dont have anything in them, I just dont want to take any pills that I dont actually need. Can I just skip the last week and start the next pack the following week?

Thanks in advance.

I was on Estrostep FE (28 tablets) before and it had a week of reminder pills also. I tried not taking the reminder pills one month and taking reminder pills another month. The results were the same. I still had my period on the week of the reminder pills whether or not I took the pills. I think that the reminder pills are just made of sugar and has no active ingredients. As long as you take the active pills, you probably won't need a back up method.
