Has anyone has success with this? I'm not severly depressed, but lately I've been feeling in a big rut.

I just wanted tell tell you I am sorry you feel this way, and to hang in there, and possibly go and talk to a doc about how you are feeling! There are mild anti-depressants that can really help.
