Thanks. It's fabu news that there are 5 different types. Can one of you please let me know, if any of the types have: hyper-thyroidism and hypoechronic rings around ovaries?
Congrats to all that know their type and to those even with a dx. period.
Appreciatively,

I voted "3" in the poll, because I guess it fits me the best, but, I really don't know where I'd fit...I've never actually seen the numbers for any of my labs, but have been told all of my hormones and my blood sugar (I did the Glucose Tolerance Test) were "normal"...I've personally diagnosed myself with IR because I see all of the symptoms I've read about, I don't ovulate on my own (once, maybe twice with Clomid back when I was TTC), periods are pretty random when not on BC, lots of excess hair, high BP, high Cholesterol, overweight/obese (all in the middle of course - hence the IR self dx)...so, not quite sure where I fit on this one
just finished first course of clomid. going for ultrasound on thursday. i do not have periods and we are pretty sure i don't ovulate. just diagnosed with pcos on friday. any advice?
