Yesterday I was just surfing the web about diets and stuff and I found all these diets that looked like they would work except they're all really expensive! I'm not sure about everybody else but I'm 16 and I have no money of my own. =] I ran into this website, www.50millionpounds.com and it's completely free and I really really love it! All over the country they've lost over three million pounds already. I figured I could at least try it because it even comes with Dr. Ian's meal plans(for free). Also, you can make groups and be competitive with weight loss and I just thought it would be very cool if some of you wanted to join and make a group with me!

Hi Ann,
Looks like you posted this awhile ago, but I just wanted to comment. I am a fellow Cyster and have just recently joined the 50 Million Pounds Challenge. Even though I know losing the weight will be harder for us with PCOS than 'normal' people, I'm giving it a go and hope to see some results, at least in feeling better, having more energy, etc., if not losing some pounds while at it.
Good luck!

I just found this and joined. I'm working on a "lifestyle" change to lose weight and this looks like a good tool to keep track.
It's just so hard to make healthy choices while I'm at college.
Good luck!

Hey Kaitlyn,
One of the best things I like about the 50 Million Pounds Challenge is the Food Journal. It's one of the best dieting tools ever because it forces me to consider everything I eat. I've tried doing it before in a small notebook to carry with me, but I never remember. So, because I'm on the computer most of the day anyway, it is so much easier to remember when the food journal is online.
Good luck with everything!
