I just started 500 mg twice a day (after two weeks once a day). Do I take these at the same time or do I take like one in the morning and one at night?

Thanks for any help you can give.

My doctor told me to take them with food, and I started with one 500 mg at dinner, and after a week added one at breakfast. I'm supposed to add a lunch pill in another few days.

Good luck, and be prepared for potential stomach problems. Mine haven't been too bad... mostly my stomach just feels a little "bubbly" after I take one for a few hours.
