I don't know if it is in a lifetime, but if you have had six cycles of Clomid and still no "o", it isn't working. Maybe ask your dr what the next step is.

P.S. Clomid didn't work for me. I am moving onto injects in June.

This is answering late - but my doc would only do 6 cycles of clomid - in a lifetime too. I had tried 3 rounds with anoither doc and then switched to this one and after 3 rounds they are starting me on gonal-f inject.
