can someone please confirm to me the following:
1. is soy lecithin granules good to take to induce af and regulate our cycles or can pcos people not convert it? if yes, how much a day should we be taking (in mg and in tbsps please). what time of the day? on an empty stomach or with food?
2. where can it find the buckwheat farinetta? anyone have the link? and the carob syrop? what do both do for us?
3. any other advice you can provide me with on inositol and/or d-chiro inositol.
