I have arthritis, sciatica, numb/tingling hands & feet,stabbing pains in left foot,sore muscles & joints,seasonal carpal tunnel(during heavy pruning season),headaches,dizzy spells,hot flashes,PMS depression,insomnia and I often have a twitch I think it's from stress, but other than that, I feel pretty good, except when trying to get out of bed.
I have really good hearing and eyesight
! I had to add that because I was starting to feel very old. Oh, I am 38 but my body says it's much older.
